All Of Me - John Legend - chords and lyrics

This song appeared twice in the same week on my feed, so I thought I'd add it to this Songbook. Nice easy chords you can play, with or without a Capo - though a Capo sounds better. It's a longer playing song than most, but enjoy...

All Of Me by John Legend

Capo on 1

Em - C - G - D

Em               C                             G
What would I do without your smart mouth
                 D                             Em
Drawing me in and you kicking me out
           C                    G
Got my head spinning - no kidding
  D                 Em
I can't pin you down
                   C                          G
What's going on in that beautiful mind
                D                      Em
I'm on your magical mystery ride
           C                     G
And I'm so dizzy - don't know what hit me
      D          Am
But I'll be alright
     Am              G
My head's under water
      D                 Am
But I'm breathing fine
Am                   G                  D
You're crazy and I'm out of my mind
       G
'Coz all of me
         Em
Loves all of you
              C
Love your curves and all your edges
           D
All your perfect imperfections
             G
Give your all to me
                Em
I'll give my all to you
              C
You're my end and my beginning
                  D
Even when I lose I'm winning
                     Em  C     G   D
'Coz I give you a----ll of me
                       Em  C      G   D
And you give me a----ll of you oh
Em           C                         G
How many times do I have to tell you
                         D                               Em
Even when you're crying - you're beautiful too
                 C                 G
The world is beating you down
        D                          Em
I'm around through every mood
                C                         G
You're my downfall - you're my muse
              D                                    Em
My worst distraction - my rhythm and blues
                 C
I can't stop singing
     G            D                Am
It's ringing in my head for you
     Am              G
My head's under water
      D                 Am
But I'm breathing fine
Am                   G                  D
You're crazy and I'm out of my mind
       G
'Coz all of me
         Em
Loves all of you
              C
Love your curves and all your edges
           D
All your perfect imperfections
             G
Give your all to me
                Em
I'll give my all to you
              C
You're my end and my beginning
                  D
Even when I lose I'm winning
                     Em  C     G   D
'Coz I give you a----ll of me
                       Em  C      G   D
And you give me a----ll of you oh
                    Am
Give me all of you
Am              G                 D                    Am
Cards on the table - we're both showing hearts
              G                   D
Risking it all, though it's hard
     Am              G
My head's under water
      D                 Am
But I'm breathing fine
Am                   G                  D
You're crazy and I'm out of my mind
       G
'Coz all of me
         Em
Loves all of you
              C
Love your curves and all your edges
           D
All your perfect imperfections
             G
Give your all to me
                Em
I'll give my all to you
              C
You're my end and my beginning
                  D
Even when I lose I'm winning
                      Em  C     G   D
'Coz I give you a----ll of me
                        Em  C      G   D
And you give me a----ll of you oh
               Em  C     G   D
I give you a----ll of me
                       Em  C      G   D
And you give me a----ll of you oh

  2. Hi Kerri
Thanks for stopping by and commenting.
My strumming for this? It's all intuitive. Hopefully someone who does know would be so kind as to comment for everyone else with the same question...
I'm SO uncoordinated trying to strum - in time and 'correctly' - that I gave up trying years ago. Every time I find a "new" song to play, I just do down strums until I get the hang of it. Sounds crazy, but it works for me. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful
