I found "Babs" on YouTube recently when watching different versions of Songbird.
Then I found this song...

It was written by Isaac Slade (The Fray vocalist) as a lullaby for his little brother and comes off their album, Scars & Stories released in February 2012.

It took a few goes of strumming and plucking along to the song to get a 'feel' for it.
